Marcus was a wonderful loving husband, and a loving father. His life with Lisa began 12 years before being united in marriage for the past 6 years. Over 4 years ago, their loving relationship resulted in the birth of their beautiful daughter, Marisa Angel. He loved his wife Lisa and daughter Marisa with all his heart. He loved watching his daughter entertain and perform. She is quite the entertainer for those who are close to her. She kept him laughing all the time, even when he was trying to discipline her. He was a great family man. His family always meant so much to him. Marcus also loved the LORD. He was always concerned about the salvation of his family and friends and would not hesitate to share his Christian beliefs. He enjoyed going to church at Trinity Baptist with his family and enjoyed the fellowship of his Christian friends and family, too. Marcus was a great witness for the LORD.

And as most of us know, he was pretty darn hard to beat at the game. He loved to enter tournaments, but just enjoyed the game altogether. One thing he really enjoyed was golfing with his beautiful daughter Marisa. They had some great times on the golf course together. He also enjoyed out of town shopping trips with Lisa, Marisa, Jan, and Janell. He was always eager to carry the bags and watch Marisa while the ladies shopped. He even enjoyed shopping for himself.
Marcus was a dedicated employee of the City of Idabel Water Department. He trained for his position by getting his Water License before he was even hired by the City just to make certain that he would be qualified. His fellow workers admired him for that.
Marcus will be greatly missed by his wife, daughter, family members, co-workers, church family, and friends.
